Policy & Research

We believe that caregiving is the next frontier of public policy in Canada. Across the country, caregivers and care providers are working tirelessly to meet the needs of people in their care — and they need more support.

The Canadian Centre for Caregiving Excellence advocates for policy changes that caregivers and care providers need. Our ambitious pan-Canadian public policy, research and advocacy goals will bring caregivers, care providers, people with lived experience, families, researchers and other stakeholders together.

We work with the federal, provincial and territorial governments, as well as with organizations and caregivers, to affect change, amplify work that is underway and provide support where needed.

Together, we can build the caregiving ecosystem Canada needs.
