Basic Income Guarantee Forum 2024

CCCE is a proud sponsor of the BIG Forum, the first-of-its-kind, pan-Canadian forum for better income security through a Basic Income Guarantee.

Every day, headlines showcase people struggling with food insecurity, housing affordability, precarious jobs, extreme weather, and more. The BIG Forum brings together advocates, researchers, policy analysts, community leaders, and political representatives to discuss basic income as a transformative shift towards economic, political, social, and environmental justice.

The forum is available to attend both in person at the University of Ottawa and online. Registration fees are tiered and reflect the ability to pay, including for older adults and students.
