International Young Carers Conference

The International Young Carers Conference brings together researchers, practitioners, policy makers, organizations and young carers from around the world to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and strengthen support for young carers. CCCE and the Young Caregivers Collective of Canada are proud to lead this year’s pre-conference workshop, share what we have heard directly from young carers through the Young Caregivers Roundtable, and showcase YCCC’s work to build a Canada-wide Policy Framework for Young Caregivers.

It is an important opportunity to bring Canadian experiences into an international conversation, and to learn from others working to make sure young carers are seen, heard and better supported.
