Caregiving Documentary – West Coast Viewing

October 08, 2025
6:00 pm – 9:00 pm MT

Caregiving impacts every Canadian family, yet many caregivers feel isolated and unsupported. Caregiving, a new documentary by actor and executive producer Bradley Cooper personalizes the caregiving crisis, shining light on the triumphs and struggles faced by those who give care. The documentary follows intimate stories and expert voices from across the U.S.

This fall, CCCE is bringing Caregiving to Canada, in collaboration with Caregivers Alberta and Family Caregivers of British Columbia. Join us for virtual screening and dynamic discussion, hosted by former Much Music host and caregiver, Erica Ehm, about the highs and lows of caregiving, the parallels and differences with the Canadian experience, and the actions needed to address the growing care crisis here at home.

The event will begin with a live screening of Caregiving at 6 p.m. MT, with the panel discussion beginning promptly at 8 p.m. For those unable to view the live screening on October 8th, a viewing link will be distributed on October 1st. A recording of the film and panel discussion will be available for one week after the event.
