Canadian Caregiving Summit 2025

The Canadian Caregiving Summit brought together more than 500 caregivers, care providers, systems leaders, policymakers, and researchers from across the country. Across aging, disability, and healthcare communities, we gathered with a shared purpose: to make caregiving a national priority.

From the moment participants gathered, the shared understanding was clear: we must recognize care as not only a private act, but the infrastructure that makes all other work possible, including our participation in family, community and public life.

Our new post-Summit report captures the momentum of those two days—highlighting key themes, powerful moments, and an honest snapshot of the state of caregiving in Canada today. Alongside the report, a special bonus episode of Who Cares brings voices from the Summit floor directly to you.
