Roundtables

Guided by our commitment to co-design, our roundtables enable us to foster connections, generate ideas and propel our work forward through collective wisdom.

Young Carers Roundtable

As part of our commitment to supporting young carers, CCCE leads the Young Carers Roundtable alongside AMI-Quebec and Young Caregivers Association. Made up of individuals and organizations from across Canada, the roundtable meets quarterly to share best practices and resources as well as foster peer networks and partnerships to support children, youth and young adults who give care.

Care Champions Table

The Care Champions Table brings together leaders across the ageing, disability and illness communities, as well as researchers and people with lived experience to help support, advise, and promote policy ideas that will benefit all those who give care. This table is instrumental in supporting CCCE to develop an effective National Caregiving Strategy.

The Table meets monthly to provide critical input into the development of the strategy. They also engage their communities to ensure that a wide diversity of caregiver and care provider perspectives are included in the process.
