Are you a young person between the ages of 14 and 30? Do you support someone in your life or have a close family member/friend that experiences challenges? Join us online to learn about the Young Caregiver Council of Canada, hear stories from young carers, and talk about support, resources, and advocacy. Your close friends and family are welcome!
