Care Connects Us: Supporting Young Caregivers in Health and Social Services

Do you support young people and/or families in education, health, social work, or community services? Join us online to learn about the Young Caregiver Council of Canada and how to better support young carers – young people who support a family member/friend living with chronic illness, disability, mental health challenge, substance use, parental absence, aging needs, and/or other social or cultural factors (e.g., language).
