Northwestern Ontario Palliative Care Conference

The Canadian Centre for Caregiving Excellence (CCCE) is proud to sponsor the Northwestern Ontario (NWO) Palliative Care Conference, which brings together over 100 health and social care providers from across Northwestern Ontario. This year’s theme is Navigating the Journey Together: Providing Care for Ourselves & Others.

Attendees will explore topics such as Indigenous culture and care, the future of palliative care post-covid, and grief support and self-care for front-line workers. CCCE’s advisory council member Dr. Hsien Seow from McMaster University will be presenting the opening keynote, alongside Dr. Samantha Winemaker.
